Our offer: We only sell new merchandise. From one season to the next, we follow fashion trends for you. All the clothes we sell are easy to care for. They are also adapted to the very active life of children. We carefully choose the most beautiful clothes from Quebec and Europe designer's collections. We gorgeously dress kids from 0 to 10 years old, and pay special attention to boys' fashion.
Exchanges and refunds: For merchandise sold at regular price, we offer exchanges, refunds or credit notes. For merchandise sold at a discounted price (up to 40 %), we offer exchanges or credit notes. In both cases, shipping costs are the client's responsibility. Merchandise sold with a discount of 50 % or more is considered a final sale.
Return policy: If we ever make a shipping mistake (wrong size; stain or defect), we will take the merchandise back and assume all shipping costs (shipping costs to you and back to us). On the other hand, if a client decides to exchange an article that he/she does not like, he/she will have to assume shipping costs. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you contact our Customer Service, in case of doubt, to avoid problems.
Taxes: Clients ordering from the Province of Quebec will be charged GST (5%) and QST (7.5%). Clients from the rest of Canada will only be charged GST (5%). If you order from any other country, no tax will be added to your invoice. On the other hand, costum dues may be charged to you upon reception.
Payment methods: We accept the three major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as Paypal payments. We also offer bank transfer with Caisses Desjardins.
Delivery: For the vast majority of our shipments, we use the Expedited ParcelTM delivery service from Canada Post. Our clients can also use the XpressPostTM delivery service from Canada Post, or UPS shipping services.
Fast and personalized service: After our staff receives your order, you will be informed on the same day or within 24 hours of the availability of the ordered merchandise. Unfortunately, one or more item may not be available at that moment. If so, you have three choices: we can suggest other items the replace the unavailable ones, we can ship the other available items and refund the unavailable ones, or your order can be conpletely cancelled and refunded. 123 Soleil will never let you down.
Delivery to another address: Delivery of your order can be made to a different address... so you can place an order to send a gift to a loved one.
